REFUND POLICY FOR ACTIVITIES AND EVENTS
Any cancellation or refund request must be submitted to Henri-Lemieux in writing (by email or through the designated form).
Failure to attend an activity or class does not constitute a cancellation and does not entitle the participant to a refund.
CANCELLATION BY HENRI-LEMIEUX
Henri-Lemieux reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify any activity, event, or class in the following situations:

Insufficient registration;

Unfavourable weather conditions;

Unavailability of an instructor, facilitator, or presenter;

Equipment failure or technical issues;
-
Any other circumstance beyond its control.
Participants will be notified as soon as possible. In such cases, a full refund will be issued or, when possible, a credit or rescheduled activity will be offered.
CANCELLATION BY THE PARTICIPANT
Participants may cancel their registration at any time before the end of the course.
The refund will be calculated as follows:

The cost of classes already attended will be deducted;

To receive a full refund, the cancellation request must be submitted before the start of the first class;

A penalty equal to the lesser of $50 or 10% of the value of the remaining classes may be applied, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
EXPULSION OR INNAPROPRIATE CONDUCT
No refund will be granted to a participant who is removed from an activity or course due to failure to comply with regulations, inappropriate behaviour, or violation of safety rules.

Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment whenever possible.

ADDITIONNAL INFORMATION

Certain special activities, outings, performances, or partner events may be subject to specific conditions that will be communicated at the time of registration.
