REFUND POLICY FOR ACTIVITIES AND EVENTS
Any cancellation or refund request must be submitted to Henri-Lemieux in writing (by email or through the designated form).
Failure to attend an activity or class does not constitute a cancellation and does not entitle the participant to a refund.
CANCELLATION BY THE PARTICIPANT
Participants may cancel their registration at any time before the end of the course.
The refund will be calculated as follows:

The cost of classes already attended will be deducted;

To receive a full refund, the cancellation request must be submitted before the start of the first class;

A penalty equal to the lesser of $50 or 10% of the value of the remaining classes may be applied, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

EXPULSION OR INNAPROPRIATE CONDUCT
No refund will be granted to a participant who is removed from an activity or course due to failure to comply with regulations, inappropriate behaviour, or violation of safety rules.

Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment whenever possible.
Please allow up to 15 business days for processing.
ADDITIONNAL INFORMATION
If an activity is cancelled by LOISIRS HENRI-LEMIEUX, the participant will receive a refund for the portion of the activity that will not be offered. When a class is cancelled due to the teacher's absence or for any other reason, a make-up class will be scheduled. In this case, no refund will be given for the cancelled class.
