From June 24 to August 26, the Henri-Lemieux team invites you to join us at Parc Ménard, Tuesday to Saturday, from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Enjoy a wide range of free activities for the whole family! Games, challenges, sports activities, and various animations will be offered to encourage both children and adults to stay active, have fun, and make the most of the summer season.

 

We will also provide equipment lending, allowing you to try out different activities and take full advantage of the park’s facilities.

 

Whether you're just passing by or planning to participate regularly, our team will be on-site to welcome you and help you enjoy a fun, active, and community-oriented summer.
